Liam Gallagher hits back at ‘s**tc***’ critics after Wembley performance slammed: ‘You’re just IMPOSTERS’
Liam Gallagher’s performance at Wembley Arena on Saturday night has sparked controversy throughout social media – leaving the singer to hit back.
The star performed ahead of the highly anticipated Anthony Joshua fight against Daniel Dubois, with the Oasis frontman taking to the stage and singing three of the band’s classic hits – Rock ‘N’ Roll Star, Supersonic, and Cigarettes And Alcohol.
Despite receiving a massive cheer from the 96,000-strong crowd, Gallagher’s short set drew criticism from some fans on social media.
Some noted that he missed the first line of Supersonic and questioned the quality of his vocals, with one mocking on X: “Oasis selling tickets before revealing Liam Gallagher can’t sing.”
Some fans were less forgiving, with one user claiming they have “never been able to sing”, with someone else slamming: “I felt proper awkward watching it. You’re lucky your brother can write songs because you are s***e.”
A third penned: “Sounded like an XL bully being strangled ffs. Retire and find a hobby son.”
To all those SHITCUNTS who were crying about my ANGELIC TONES last night you ain’t real fans your just IMPOSTERS and if you do have tickets you wanna get rid off I’ll gladly take them off your hands we don’t want the likes of you at our concerts nxt year any way LFUCKING

However, others defended the singer, as one supporter wrote: “I wish people would realise that he’s been touring all year and has sounded incredible for 99.9% of it.”
Another added: “Aye but he’s the one with the incredible band and not you so he’s doing something right.”
Some fans attributed the change in Gallagher’s voice to age, stating: “He’s just older now and of course his voice sounds different”.
Others suggested his vocal issues dated back to Oasis’ final days, with one commenting, “It was gone when Oasis were finishing and it didn’t come back when he did his own stuff.”
Gallagher responded furiously to his critics on social media and raged: “To all those s**t c***s who were crying about my ANGELIC TONES last night you ain’t real fans you’re just IMPOSTERS.
“And if you do have tickets you wanna get rid of I’ll gladly take them off your hands we don’t want the likes of you at our concerts next year any way LF***ING.”
The rockstar later shared a postcard featuring the artwork of a bird on a branch, captioned: “You will not stop me from singing my song… I will sing it forever.”
Gallagher also claimed that critics of his set were “soft” but added that he “loves the haters”, stating they “can’t handle the punk rock vibes.”

The controversy surrounding Gallagher’s Wembley performance comes just weeks after the announcement of Oasis’s highly anticipated reunion tour in 2025.
The tour, featuring Liam and his formerly estranged brother Noel, is set to include seven dates at Wembley Stadium, with tickets for the stadium shows being snapped up immediately by fans – despite facing backlash over mounting prices.
Notably, the Gallaghers have confirmed they will not be including any festival dates in their 2025 plans.
This comes after speculation about a potential Glastonbury slot, which was dismissed by the festival boss, who claimed Oasis would turn down the opportunity due to the festival’s artist fees.
